Founded in 2010, we are a registered company.
We specialize in short and long term rental services for international students & travelers, foreigners & Taiwanese looking for accomodation in Taipei City.
Our offer
- all contracts are signed in English, there is no small print, no additional costs
- we charge only one month's deposit, which is fully refunded by the end of your contract
- you don't have to look for your contract replacement after your contract is finished
- all rooms are clean, dry and in good condition
- the electricity payments are based on the electric meter readings and you pay exact fee based on this
- all rooms come with included WIFI, water and gas
- for most rooms we accept short term rentals (minimum 1 month)
