This house used to be a hostel before - you can still see the hostel-like decoration. At the moment it is only occupied by the long-term tenants: young, friendly people from all over the world, mostly international students.
It's a big shared house (3 floors) with shared bathrooms and toilets on each floor, living room and working area (for studying or doing your stuff) and a kitchen: coooker, microwave, fridge... Coin-operated washer and dryer in the house, also big drying area.
This is a private room in a shared house. You will be sharing: living room, bathrooms, kitchen.
Location
Located in modern, busy neighbourhood of Taipei: Daan, Xinyi Road (you can see TAIPEI101 directly down the road!).
Daan District is the most populous administrative district in Taipei City. There are talented people, developed commercial areas and convenient transportation. This room is facing a street and might get noisy - not a good fit for light sleeper.
The nearest MRT stop is Daan - less than 1 minute walk!

Cycling (around 15-20 minutes or less) distance from major Taipei Universities: CCU, NTU, NTUE, NTUST....
The place is very well located, with easy access to 7-11, restaurants and eateries, coffee shops.
